ok this thread is set in place to see what options there are for lowering a connect.

the same principal applys as the early mark two caddy where you have to turn the axle upside down, this has aproblem though as you dont want all the weight of the chassis on the oposit side.

so what other solutions are there to lower the transit connect>?


the xpress transic connect.


used reformed leath springs from a european supplier, i have contact detials but they have not met my reply,


the other option h&r did with thier demo car but im still stumped on how they did it,

lastly there are different press photos that apear where the connect is lowerd,
how did they achive this,

was this a photoshop or is there an option somewhere in the fords parts bin for lowering??

welll good news, after months of research im closer to developing a full lowering system for the transit connect that will consist of front coilovers

rear shorted shocks and a speical braket for the leaf springs to moount too,

watch this space peeps smile.gif
